The information getting on our desk today is that the management of Salem University has released the admission list of successful and suitably qualified candidates in their institution.


Institutions admission list (Salem University) always contains the names of candidates offered provisional admission into the university’s various degree program. Some of these degree programs are designed to last four years at maximum while some are five for engineering and other professional courses.


It is assumed that when you score high in PUME together with good score in Jamb that the admission sector of the institution will offer admission to you in any course of your choice.

Nigerian Tertiary Institutions Have Been Designed To Conduct Dual Mode Of Screening Exercises:-

• The first phase of screening is the institution Aptude test which every candidate must attend which gives information on what course that fits you most by your performances on the subjects registered,  

NOTE: Admission is not offered base on what you registered but base on the candidate ability to answer questions during UTME. examinations.

• The second phase of screening is done after admission has been offered, you must come along with original copies of the following credentials:-

Birth certificate
Jamb admission letter
Passports photograph
UTME result
Jamb result
O'Level result
Local government identification letter
First school leaving certificate, e. t. c

Salem University first, second, third and fourth admission list for the 2019/2020 academic session and (the past year is still on,  on the portal)  has been released. Candidates that participated in the Salem University UTME screening can now check their admission status from the newly released list or by login unto 2019 JAMB admission checking portal .

2019/2020 Admission Eligibility 

For a candidate to be eligible to gain admission, candidate must possess the following criteria:-
Must score 160-200 in JAMB
Must complete post UTME registration processes
Must purchase and partake in the institution UTME examination
Must meet up with institution post UTME average mark and above

How to check Salem University 2019/2020 All Batches 

• Go jamb.org.ng/efacility.
• Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
• Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
• Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
• Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your Salem University admission status.
