Nigerian Tertiary Institutions Have Been Designed To Conduct Dual Mode Of Screening Exercises:-
The first phase of screening is the institution Aptude test which every candidate must attend which gives information on what course that fits you most by your performances on the subjects registered,NOTE: Admission is not offered base on what you registered but base on the candidate ability to answer questions during UTME. examinations.The second phase of screening is done after admission has been offered, you must come along with original copies of the following credentials:-
- Birth certificate
- Jamb admission letter
- Passports photograph
- UTME result
- Jamb result
- O'Level result
- Local government identification letter
- First school leaving certificate, e. t. c

Presently, UNIMAID applicants can only check their admission status on the JAMB admission status checking portal. Follow the procedure outlined below:
- Go to jamb.org.ng/efacility.
- Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
- Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
- Select your Exam year and Enter your registration number in the required columns.
- Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your FUAM admission status.
2019/2020 Admission Eligibility
For a candidate to be eligible to gain admission, candidate must possess the following criteria:-- Must score 160-200 in JAMB
- Must complete post UTME registration processes
- Must purchase and partake in the institution UTME examination
- Must meet up with institution post UTME average mark and above

- To check the list online, visit www.unimaid.edu.ng
- Enter your JAMB Reg Number and Scratch Card PIN in the spaces provided.
- Click on “Login” to check your admission status.
- Get back to the UNIMAID portal www.unimaid.edu.ng
- if admitted, print UNIMAID Admission Letter.
- Confirm your JAMB UTME registration number.
Then your result will be successfully displayed, print out your result for future references.
